Insaciable is a shared confession. An act of emotional, corporal and artistic nudity in which Lucía Álvarez ‘La Piñona’ explores herself to reveal exactly who she is, without the weight of the abyss  and doubt. Thus, in the journey of search, reaffirmation and liberation, the dancer appears captivating, ready to engage, succumb, devour and be consumed.

Born in Jimena de la Frontera (Cadiz), Lucía Álvarez ‘La Piñona’ is one of the most personal and restless dancers of her generation. She has built a solid career in the main flamenco tablaos, venues and festivals in Spain and abroad. After winning in 2009 Frist Prize of the Federation of Flamenco ENtities of Seville, and in 2011 First Prize of the Trofeo Desplante at the 51st Flamenco Dance Competition of the Unión Cante de las Minas, the dancer took off on a solo career with the backing of critics and the public thanks to proposals such as Emovere, with which she obtained a nomination for the Max Awards, and Recital and Abril, for which she received two nominations for the Lorca Awards. In 2023 she won the Prize for Best Female Flamenco Dance Performer at the 9th Lorca Awards for Performing Arts of Andalusia 2023.
